Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will also receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping times for our Freshly Baked items will vary. Items that are Freshly Baked are made fresh when ordered. Production time will typically take about a week. Please allow for 1-2 weeks for shipping. 

Please check your junk/spam folder for all email notifications relating to your order. You can also "whitelist" / add us to your safe senders list to prevent this from happening. Tip: Type “Chasers in Paradise” in the search bar within your email application and you should also be able to find the emails you might have missed from us.

Shipping rates / estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For orders outside of the US:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chasers in Paradise® is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Local "pick up" option

For items that are available for pick up:

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Please ensure that you select the "pick up" option. We won't be able to change it if you don't and your order will continue with the shipping process.

Order status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If there are no updates relating to your order, please send us an email at support@chasersinparadise.com so we can get to the bottom of this. 

+++ Chasers in Paradise®️  is not responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during shipment. We handle every order with the utmost care. If your item was damaged during shipment, please save all packaging and contact the carrier to file a claim.
